Super experience in cozy rooms and really good food

Suberp experience. Very pleasant, welcoming and incredibly service-minded staff who take pride in giving customers a great experience. The meat was, as always, well cooked just as desired, to grill a good steak they have 100% control over. The food in general was also a really good experience, well-organized, well-proportioned and suitably spicy. We will definitely come again.

We got wiener and hunter schnitzel. The food tasted really good, but was a little disappointed that the schnitzel was apparently deep fried instead of pan fried .. 😕

Had a great dinner here and the staff was very nice. The food cane fast and tastes delusions. Will definitely be back.

Very espensive, fish looked like a pre-cooked fast food dish, potatoes were completely dark and overcooked.

The taste was not bad but my steak was a little tough. Salad bar is nice.

Way to expensive for mediocre food. It took a little over an hour to get our food. Very disappointed.

I last visited this restaurant as a child a few decades ago. I live in South Africa but have deep roots in Flensburg and some wonderful memories came back this evening.

Great steaks to be had in this atmospheric otherworldly basement restaurant.

Really fine - unfortunately lacked a little more than steak. Fried perfectly, but it could have gotten a little rosemary and pepper. Very nice restaurant

Fun atmosphere and the food wasn't to bad. Would recommend the place just because of the decor/Atmosphere. The food was okay but not wauw.

Second time there and it is still going strong, friendly staff and beautiful place. The ribeye is gorgeous, but watch out for the pepper sovs it is strong so don't poured over the juice steak. Peace out Hilmar and Ella

Superior! Food and service 10* out of 10! A place that does that "little bit extra" for their customers! Highly recommended!

Poor service and mediocre food.

I am afraid I have to admit I was a bit disappointed with my visit to this restaurant. -The place itself was clean enough -The quality of meat was good. (Just a bit expensive for what you are getting) -The portion just a bit too small for the price. (Bake potatoes and vegetables was far too small for the price you are paying for) The staff/service ok. (Just missing the touch of a warm welcoming and service) The response to resolve with the issue was ok but the waiting staff just doesn't seem take it too take it too seriously. It's such a shame as this restaurant has a great potential to be much better.

Big plus is that we got a seat without a reservation. Service was always very helpful and very friendly. In addition, the ambience is just great. However, the whole meal lasted 50 minutes and was wrongly served. The fillet medium well was mixed with medium rare. The whole meal was well salted almost over-seasoned but edible. If you look at the photos with the food you realize that despite a first-class atmosphere, the food is served as if you were in a snack bar. Roast beef is 220g below. And you get annoyed when you have to remove the tendons when eating. In addition, it is irritating to serve bread and potato fries but was asked what kind of a side dish you want. The bread from the side dish was soggy and slippery, and tasted like nothing. Apparently too long. Therefore only 3 stars.

Worst restaurant and staff ever. Food was boring (old salat and so on). Staff was lazy and it took them 45 minutes to bring us the food after order. Overpriced. Non friendly waitress. Ordered at table for 2, got to sit with 4 other random people at a 6 people group table. What is this place???? Find another place to eat. Please

Very slow service. We waited for our meals for an hour, and then they came to say they had forgotten our order. The only one star comes because at least they compensated the error with a free beer.

This restaurant is among the best in Flensburg, I have eaten here twice and would like to eat here again.

Amazing steaks we got! Fantastic service from a very friendly waitress, who also told us a lot about Flensborg cool places to visit!

Went there for dinner with my parents. After more than an hour food still not delivered even though we asked several times for status. We decided to leave and pay for what we had received so far, then waiters called in the police and we were treated like criminals, ended up so that we paid for what we got and were told that we are banded from visiting restaurant again for lifetime. Disrespectful and completely out of bounce on how to treat people, can only recommend NOT to pay this establishment a visit, sad that Flensburg has a place like this.

Terrible food and slow service

Stylish place, but with the exception of my ribeye steak which was great, everything else my party was served was very dry. Typical German food. What about some gravy or dressing?

Very cozy restaurant in the vaulted cellar, staff very friendly and polite. Offer lunch at very reasonable prices with large portions. We recommend....
